Workshop: Navigating Difficult Conversations

Navigating Difficult Conversations – an in-person training workshop
We are excited to be able to offer an open workshop of our popular Navigating Difficult Conversations training. Please note booking is required.
This course has been developed in direct response to the polarisation and increasingly fragmented discourse that we are witnessing in our streets, neighbourhoods, and workplaces over the past few years.
Through a combination of conflict theory, reflective discussion, and skills practice, we will explore what makes dialogue difficult and how we can encourage and equip each other to lean into conversations across divides rather than shy away.
It is for those who would like to:
- Feel better able to approach difficult conversations with clarity and purpose
- Be better equipped to connect with and understand people you interact with everyday
- Be more aware of and intentional in your choices when faced with a difficult conversation
- Learn some tools that you can share within your own communities and networks

“I’ll now give more time to prepare for and reflect on difficult interactions.”
“Genuinely thought it was a perfect balance – not too much listening and SO much space to apply it to our own lives. 10/10!”
