Join us for a special Peace Feast with the Sudanese community in Bristol, celebrating Sudanese culture, raising awareness of the ongoing conflict in Sudan, and sharing a meal with friends and neighbours from across Bristol.
Organised in partnership with the Sudanese Community Association of Bristol, the event will include short talks from guest speakers, live music, a delicious Sudanese feast, and plenty of conversations around the table. All profits will go towards the Sudanese Community Association.
All food is halal, with vegetarian and vegan options available. No alcohol will be served.
Tues 21st Nov, 7-9pm
Easton Family Centre, BS5 0SQ
Book your place now to avoid missing out! A ‘Pay It Forward’ option is available – why not consider buying an extra ticket so that we can make a place available to somebody who would not normally be able to afford it?
A Peace Feast brings people together from different communities to share a meal, hear inspiring stories and build friendship.
Help us make this event more environmentally friendly
We seek to make our events as environmentally friendly as possible by always providing a vegetarian and vegan option, reducing overall meat consumption, minimising the amount of plastics used, and encouraging people to use public transport etc. We would therefore like to ask you to kindly consider coming to the event on foot / by bike / using public transport if you are able to.
