DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Peace Feast at Ebenezer Church\, with delicious Ethiopian food provided by Meriam from Ababo’s cuisine\, guest speakers and live music by Anatolian musician Özcan Ates.  \nAn evening of food\, conversation and celebrating what’s great about the communities of Horfield & Lockleaze. \nFriday 4th April\, 7-9pm. \nEbenezer Church\, 286 Filton Avenue\, Horfield\, BS7 0BA. \nMenu \n\nDoro Wat – Boneless chicken marinated with spiced butter\, medium spice\, (GF\, H\, DF\, NF)\nMisir Wat – Red lentil seasoned with Ethiopian spices and Berbere (GF\, Ve\, DF\, NF)\nTikil Gomen – Thinly cut cabbage and carrots infused in turmeric and garlic with a pinch of ginger (GF\, Ve\, DF\, NF)\nInjera – Fermented Ethiopian Flatbread and Fluffy Basmati Rice\n\nTickets: Adult – £15\, Child (5-15) – £7.50\, Under 5: Free \n\nA ‘Pay It Forward’ option is available – why not consider buying an extra ticket so that we can make a place available to somebody who would not normally be able to afford it?
