Bristol School Linking Project Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our Bristol School Linking project going forwards. Bristol School Linking twins year 5 classes from schools across Bristol’s diverse communities for a year-long programme. Together, in class, online and through school visits, twinned classes explore 4 key questions: Who am I? Who are we? Where do we live? And how do we all live together?
The Bristol School Linking Project Manager will have responsibility for the day to day running, management and growth of Bristol School Linking. You will work closely alongside our Peace Feast Project Manager and Listening Spaces Project Manager, and will report to the Managing Director.
Hours: 1.5 days per week (11.25 hours) – with some flexibility on which days you work
Salary: £26,000-27,166 FTE depending on experience
Contract type: 1-year fixed term, with possibility of extension
Probation period: 3 months
Location: Bristol – based at Easton Family Centre (BS5 0SQ) but with flexibility for some home working

Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to teachers, heads and schools
- Good organisation skills for partnering, organising and monitoring school partnerships
- Excellent initiative and ability to plan ahead
- Ability to deliver training online and in person to teachers
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with schools
- Experience of project management
- Ability to manage and monitor social media accounts and to use Canva
- Ability to develop and adapt teaching resources

Listening Spaces Project Manager

Listening Spaces will include a range of different activities and events that enable people from different backgrounds and views to come together, gain a better understanding of each other’s point of view, and grow in their empathy towards one another.
The Listening Spaces Project Manager will have responsibility for researching and developing the initiative, as well as the day to day running and management of it. You will work closely alongside our Peace Feast Project Manager and School Linking Project Manager, and will report to the Managing Director.

Salary: £26,000-27,166 FTE depending on experience
